Our Story
Housatonic River Guides LLC is the husband-and-wife venture of Scott Becroft and Jeanie Clarke—two lifelong fly fishermen who have made the Housatonic their home water for as long as they can remember. Scott has been guiding on this river for nearly 20 years, most of that time with Housatonic River Outfitters, and now he and Jeanie are proud to take the reins and carry that legacy forward under a new name.
We've kept the guide team you already know and trust, while bringing in fresh talent ready to put you on fish. Different name, same river, same passion—just getting started.
